Tasmanian Gas Pipeline (TGP) Pty Ltd is the owner and licensee of the Tasmanian Gas Pipeline.

TGP Pty Ltd was purchased by Palisade Investment Partners (Palisade) in July 2011. Palisade is a specialist, independent infrastructure manager that focuses on assets that are essential to the efficient functioning of the communities and economies they serve.

TGP Pty Ltd does not directly employ staff to manage, operate or maintain the pipeline. Instead, it has a number of service agreements in place to ensure the continued operation of the pipeline.

Zinfra Group

TGP has a field services agreement (FSA) with Zinfra. This agreement covers operation, maintenance and minor construction activities on the pipeline.

Zinfra Group is a leading service provider to the utility infrastructure sector. They deliver a comprehensive range of engineering, operations, maintenance and construction services nationally. Their services include asset management, engineering, design, project management, construction, maintenance and asset operations.

Worley Power Services

TGP has a control room service agreement (CRSA) with Worley Power Services (WPS). The control room is responsible for monitoring the pipelines condition and performance through remote sensors on a 24 hours per day, 365 day per year basis.

WPS is a wholly owned entity of Worley, an Australian engineering company providing project delivery and consulting services to the resources and energy sectors, and complex process industries.
